Dosify Me
Last updated — September 29, 2026
Your dosing data — favorited peptides, dose schedules, dose logs, vials, weight log and app preferences — lives on your device. If you chose to create an optional account, a copy is also stored in that account on Google Firebase so it can sync to your other signed-in devices. This page shows how to delete each one.
Order matters if you have an account. Delete your account from inside the app first, then remove the app. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account or its data, and your other signed-in devices keep their copies.
If you never created an account, skip to section 2 — there is no copy anywhere but your device.
In Dosify Me, open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm with your password.
In Settings → Account, sign out on that device, or sign another device out from the list of signed-in devices. It stops syncing right away; your account and other devices are unaffected.
A computer is also signed out automatically after 30 days without use, and the web app clears its copy the next time the page is opened on that computer.
Email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will delete the account and its data for you.
This is always entirely in your control, without contacting anyone.
This immediately and permanently removes Dosify Me's data from that device.
Settings → Apps → Dosify Me → Storage → Clear Data. This wipes all your favorites, schedules, dose logs, and preferences on that device while keeping the app installed.
(iOS does not offer a "clear data, keep app" option separate from deleting the app — deleting and reinstalling is the equivalent.)
Sign out in the web app, or sign the computer out from your phone. You can also clear dosifyme.com's site data in your browser's settings.
If you never created an account, this is final and complete — there is no other copy anywhere. If you have an account, finish section 1 as well.
If you submitted your name and email on the app's first-launch screen, that record — with the approximate area looked up from your IP address — lives on our servers (Google Cloud Firestore). It is not affected by uninstalling the app or by deleting synced data. Email us and we'll delete it, or tell you what we hold.
If you signed up for the dosifyme.com mailing list, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or ask us to delete your address.
See the full Privacy Policy for more detail on what's stored and why. Questions or deletion requests: [email protected].
