Dosify Me
Last updated — September 29, 2026
Dosify Me is a peptide reference, reconstitution math and reminder app for adults 21 and over. This policy explains, plainly, what the app collects, what the dosifyme.com website collects, what stays on your device, what happens if you choose to sync between devices, and who else can see it.
The short version. Your schedules, dose log and vials stay on your device. The only way they leave it is if you choose to create an optional account: then your data is stored in that account on Google Firebase, linked to your email, so you can sign in on your other devices and at dosifyme.com. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app at any time.
Some versions of the Android app ask for your name and email when you first open them; the iPhone app and newer Android versions do not. We store them on our servers (Google Cloud Firestore) and use them to send you updates and promotions about the app.
When you submit them, the app also looks up your approximate area — city, region and country — from your internet (IP) address, using the ipapi.co lookup service, and stores that area alongside your name and email. It is never GPS and never your street address.
Your name and email are kept separately from your dosing data. The one exception is an account you choose to create (see “Accounts and sync (optional)”): the email you sign in with is, by design, linked to that account's data.
Separately from the app, dosifyme.com has a signup form for occasional updates — when new compound cards are added to the reference, when reconstitution data is revised, or when the app updates. Reference material only: no promotions, no advice, and we never email you about which compounds you track, because we do not know.
What we store when you sign up:
What we deliberately do not store: your IP address, your browser or device, the page you arrived from, or anything at all about your dosing.
Nothing is sent to you until you confirm. A signup is recorded as unconfirmed, and an unconfirmed address is not mailed. You can unsubscribe from any email, and we will stop.
Where it lives: the list is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database that we control. It is not shared with an email marketing company, an advertiser, or a data broker, and it is never sold.
Deleting it: email [email protected] and we will remove your address. We also intend to delete unconfirmed signups after 30 days, since an unconfirmed address is someone who never asked to be on the list.
Dosify Me uses Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to see how the app is used and to catch bugs. That covers which screens you open, in-app events like submitting the signup form, crash reports and error details, and what Firebase collects automatically — a random app instance ID, your device model, OS and app version, country, and session timing. Google processes this for us.
Analytics records which kind of screen you opened, not which compound was on it. It is not connected to your name and email, and it is not connected to your synced data.
The app keeps this information about your own use:
Where that information is stored depends on whether you use an account. You choose; the app never copies your data anywhere unless you create an account or sign in to one.
Everything above is stored only in your device's built-in storage. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. We never receive your schedules, doses, vials or history, and we don't know which peptides you track.
If you create an account or sign in to one, your data is stored in that account in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore so it can sync to your other signed-in devices. What is stored, how it is protected and how to delete it are described under “Accounts and sync (optional)”. Nothing is copied to the account until you create it or sign in.
The Apple Watch app does not use any cloud service. It talks directly to your paired iPhone over Apple's watch connection, and only shows what the iPhone sends it.
The web version at dosifyme.com is for people with an account: you sign in with its email and password. Accounts are created in the app.
If you use a computer other people share, sign out when you're done rather than waiting for the session to expire.
You never need an account to use Dosify Me. If you create one in the app (Settings › Account), your data follows you when you sign in on another phone, a tablet or dosifyme.com. This is how accounts work:
Dose reminders use your device's own local notifications. There's no push service and no token sent anywhere. We ask for notification permission only when you actually set a reminder. Syncing a schedule to another device sets that device's own local reminders; it does not use a push service.
Subscriptions and free trials are purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google handles your payment details; we never see your card. We use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription is active. RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription status tied to a random, anonymous ID — or, if you are signed in to an account, to your random account ID, as described under “Accounts and sync (optional)”. We do not give it your name, email or any dosing data.
These companies process data for us, and no others:
Google Firebase handles the app's analytics and crash reporting, stores the name and email you submit, verifies that requests come from the genuine app (Firebase App Check, which relies on Apple's App Attest or DeviceCheck, or Google Play Integrity), and — only if you create an account — handles its sign-in and stores its data as described above.
RevenueCat checks subscription status, as described above.
ipapi.co turns your IP address into an approximate city, region and country when you submit your name and email.
Cloudflare hosts dosifyme.com, including the web version of the app, stores the mailing list in its D1 database, and runs the bot check on the signup form. That bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) sends your IP address to Cloudflare to verify the submission is not automated; we do not receive or store it.
Apple and Google process subscription payments. They do this under their own privacy policies, as the providers of your account and store.
There's no advertising SDK, the app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we don't share or sell your data to advertisers or data brokers. Links to FDA labeling and journals open in your browser only if you tap “Sources” — the app doesn't fetch them for you.
We are based in the United States. Google, Cloudflare, RevenueCat and ipapi.co may store and process data on servers in the United States and other countries, which may have different data-protection laws from where you live. If you use Firestore sync, your synced data is stored on Google's servers, which may be outside your country. Where the law requires it, we rely on the transfer safeguards these providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
Depending on where you live you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including access, correction, deletion, portability, and objecting to marketing. Your mailing-list entry is covered too: ask and we will delete it, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.
Dosify Me is for adults 21 and over, and the app asks you to confirm your age before use. It is not intended for anyone under 21, and we don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe someone under 21 has given us their name or email, or synced data to our servers, contact us and we'll delete it.
Dosify Me is for informational purposes only. It is a reference and math tool, not medical advice, and Dosify Me is not a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about medications or supplements.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above changes with it. If we start collecting materially more, we'll say so in the app, not just here.
