These terms cover the Dosify Me mobile app, the Dosify Me web app and the dosifyme.com website (together, “Dosify Me”), operated by San Tan Group LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By installing or using Dosify Me you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Dosify Me.
The short version. Dosify Me is a reference, math and reminder tool for adults 21 and over. It is not medical advice, not a pharmacy and not a healthcare provider. Your decisions about any compound, dose or schedule are yours and your clinician's. We provide the app as-is, we can change or discontinue it, and our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Dosify Me provides reference information about peptides, reconstitution and unit math, dose scheduling and reminders, and optional syncing of that data between your devices. It is provided for informational purposes only.
Dosify Me does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, does not sell, supply or recommend any compound, and does not verify the legality, safety or suitability of any compound for you. Reference entries describe how a compound is commonly discussed; they are not a recommendation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about medications, supplements or other compounds. Never rely on Dosify Me in an emergency.
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any laws governing the possession or use of the compounds you choose to track.
You may use Dosify Me without an account. If you create one, keep your login private and tell us at [email protected] if you believe it has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.
The data you enter (schedules, dose log, vials, notes) is yours. You grant us only the limited right to store and process it so the app works, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete synced data or your account from inside the app at any time; see the Data Deletion page.
Reminders depend on your device, its notification settings and its clock. We do not guarantee that a reminder will be delivered or delivered on time. Do not use Dosify Me as the only safeguard against a missed or repeated dose.
Some features require a paid subscription, sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Do not use Dosify Me to break the law, to harm others, to reverse-engineer, scrape or copy the app or its reference content beyond personal use, to interfere with the service, or to access other people's data. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
The app, the website, the reference entries, the calculators and the Dosify Me name and logo belong to San Tan Group LLC or its licensors. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial use of Dosify Me and for nothing else without our written permission.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Dosify Me at any time, and may update these terms. If a change is material we will post the new date at the top of this page and, where we can, tell you in the app. Continuing to use Dosify Me after a change means you accept it.
Dosify Me is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Reference data and calculations may contain errors; verify anything you rely on.
To the fullest extent the law allows, San Tan Group LLC and its members, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, health outcome, or personal injury, arising from your use of or inability to use Dosify Me. Our total liability for any claim relating to Dosify Me is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so some may not apply to you.
You agree to defend and hold harmless San Tan Group LLC from claims arising from your breach of these terms or your use of any compound you track with Dosify Me.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
