Vial size, bacteriostatic water and dose in — the syringe reading comes out. Defaults are the IGF-1 LR3 numbers from the Dosify Me app; change anything.
Quick answer: A 0.1 mg vial of IGF-1 LR3 mixed with 0.1 mL of bacteriostatic water comes to 1 mg/mL, so a 20 mcg dose is 2 units (0.02 mL) on an insulin syringe.

1mg vial + 1mL BAC water = 2 units = 20mcg — Frequency: daily — Best taken: post-workout

IGF-1 LR3 has insulin-like, blood-sugar-lowering activity; the per-dose duration figures that circulate in community sources are not confirmed by any label or study. Combined with insulin or other diabetes medications, it significantly raises the risk of hypoglycemia — the label for recombinant IGF-1 reports severe lows including seizures. Anyone with diabetes or on blood-sugar-lowering medication should avoid this peptide except under direct medical supervision.
Smallest vial (0.1mg = 100mcg) is a single-use size for some protocols. All vial sizes reconstitute to 1mg/mL (10mcg/unit) so the syringe reads the same regardless of size.
Standard water for each IGF-1 LR3 vial size in the Dosify Me data, and the concentration it gives. One unit is 0.01 mL on a U-100 insulin syringe.
| Vial | Vial contents | Bacteriostatic water | Concentration | Amount in one unit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.1 mg | 100 mcg | 0.10 mL | 1 mg/mL | 10 mcg |
| 1 mg | 1000 mcg | 1.00 mL | 1 mg/mL | 10 mcg |
| Quantity | 0.1 mg | 1 mg |

| 20 mcg | 2 units | 2 units |
| 50 mcg | 5 units | 5 units |
| 80 mcg | 8 units | 8 units |

At 1 mg/mL (the concentration every vial size mixes to), 20 mcg of IGF-1 LR3 is 2.0 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe (0.020 mL).
At 1 mg/mL (the concentration every vial size mixes to), 50 mcg of IGF-1 LR3 is 5.0 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe (0.050 mL).
At 1 mg/mL (the concentration every vial size mixes to), 80 mcg of IGF-1 LR3 is 8.0 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe (0.080 mL).
0.10 mL, which gives 1 mg/mL. Other vial sizes use proportionally more or less water so the syringe reads the same.
1.00 mL, which gives 1 mg/mL. Other vial sizes use proportionally more or less water so the syringe reads the same.

Figures come from the Dosify Me compound database for IGF-1 LR3: concentration is the vial amount ÷ the water volume, and syringe units are the volume in mL × 100 on a U-100 syringe.

Dosify Me does this math for you. Pick the compound, your vial size and dose, and the app draws the exact syringe reading, keeps your schedule and reminders, and logs every dose — privately, on your phone.
