Dosify Me questions, answered

What the app does, what it costs, how syncing and privacy work, and the syringe math, in 30 plain answers. Informational use only — not medical advice.

About the app

What is Dosify Me?

A peptide calculator and dose tracker for your phone. It works out the reconstitution math, shows the reading on your insulin syringe, reminds you when a dose is due, logs every dose, counts what's left in each vial and suggests the next injection site. It is a math and tracking tool, informational only, not medical advice.

Does Dosify Me tell me what dose to take?

No. It converts the numbers you enter (vial size, water, dose) into a syringe reading and keeps track of what you log. It never recommends what to take or how much. That conversation belongs with a qualified healthcare provider.

What devices does it run on?

Android phones and tablets, from Google Play. With an account you can also open it in a web browser at dosifyme.com/app. The iPhone version is on the way; you can sign up on the home page to be told when it's out.

How much does it cost?

On Google Play in the US, Dosify Me is $3.49 a month or $29.99 a year (other countries see local pricing). It starts with a 3-day trial that doesn't ask for a card; after that a subscription keeps it unlocked. The calculators on this website don't need an account or a payment.

What languages is it in?

16: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Filipino, Korean, Thai, Hindi, Malay and Russian. The app follows your phone's language, and this website has the same 16.

Doses, schedules and reminders

Does it remind me when a dose is due?

Yes. You get a notification at the time you set for each schedule. You can switch on follow-up reminders (after 10, 30 or 60 minutes, or a time you choose, up to three) for a dose you haven't marked yet, and a badge on the app icon shows missed doses. With an account you can also get reminders by email.

What kinds of schedules can I set?

Daily, every X days (for example every 4 days), specific days of the week, and cycles with a set number of days on and off. A compound can have more than one schedule, which is how you set two times a day.

Can I track more than one peptide?

Yes. Each compound you add gets its own schedule, vial and history, and today's doses from all of them show together on one screen.

Can it step a dose up over time (titration)?

Yes. Titration is an optional feature you can switch on in Settings. You enter each step (dose and number of days), the last step becomes the maintenance dose, and the schedule moves to the next step on its own.

I forgot to log a dose. Can I add it afterwards?

Yes. Log a past dose lets you pick the schedule and the day and mark it taken or skipped. A logged dose can also be removed if you marked it by mistake.

Can I see my history and how consistent I've been?

Yes. Dose history lists every dose taken or skipped, and the stats show your adherence over the last 30 days, a 7-day chart of doses and a breakdown by compound.

Vials and the math

Does it do the reconstitution math for me?

Yes. Pick the compound, your vial size, the bacteriostatic water you added and your dose, and Dosify Me shows the concentration and the exact reading on your insulin syringe. Vial size, water and dose can all be custom numbers.

Does it track how much is left in my vial?

Yes. Each dose you mark taken comes off the vial, so you can see the doses left and about how many weeks of supply that is at your schedule. When roughly a week is left, the app warns you. An optional feature also tracks the discard date after mixing (15, 28 or 60 days, or your own) and reminds you on that day, along with a count of unopened vials.

Which syringes does it support?

0.5 mL (50-unit) and 1 mL (100-unit) insulin syringes. Both use the standard U-100 scale, where 100 units = 1 mL, so a dose reads the same number of units on either; the 0.5 mL one just holds less and is easier to read for small doses.

Can I enter doses in mcg or mg?

Either, or both side by side: pick how doses are shown in Settings. HCG is the one compound measured in IU, and the app handles that too.

Can I add a compound that isn't in the app?

Not yet. Dosify Me works from its built-in library so that every compound comes with checked vial sizes, mixing figures and sources. You can still set your own vial size, water and dose for any compound in it.

Other features

Does it help with injection-site rotation?

Yes. It tracks 10 sites (four on the abdomen, two on the thighs, two on the arms and two on the flanks) on a front-and-back body map. When you mark a dose taken it suggests the site that has rested longest, so you don't have to remember which side was last.

Can I log my weight?

Yes. Log your weight in pounds or kilograms (including past entries) and the app draws a trend line of your recent entries.

Can I export or back up my data?

Yes. You can create a PDF report for the last 30 days, 90 days or all time (it includes your weight log), export your dose history as a spreadsheet (CSV), and save or restore a backup file.

Can I share a dose with someone?

Yes. The share card turns a dose into an image (the compound, the dose, the syringe reading and the math behind it) that you can send through your phone's normal share menu.

Can I change how the app looks?

Yes. Settings has 15 looks to choose from, the app follows your phone's dark mode, and you can pick the celebration that plays when you mark a dose taken (confetti, hearts, stars and more).

Where does the compound information come from?

The compound library covers 40+ compounds in plain language, and each entry lists its sources, such as PubMed studies and FDA labels. It also flags known conflicts between compounds. It is reference reading, not a recommendation.

Accounts and privacy

Do I need an account?

No. Without an account everything stays on your phone. An account is optional and only needed to use the same data on another device or in a browser.

How does syncing work?

Create a Dosify account in the app and sign in with the same email elsewhere: your schedules, dose log, vials, weight and settings follow you. One account covers up to 2 phones, 1 tablet and 1 web browser.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Your data lives on your phone and reminders are scheduled on the phone itself, so the app keeps working offline. With an account, changes sync when you're back online.

Is my data private?

Your schedules, dose log and vials stay on your device unless you create the optional account; then they are stored in that account on Google Firebase so you can sign in elsewhere. We don't look at individual users' data, don't use it for marketing and don't sell it, and you can delete the account and everything in it from inside the app. Full details are in the privacy policy.

The math, answered here

How much bacteriostatic water do I add to a vial?

Water in mL = mg in the vial ÷ the concentration you want in mg/mL. A 5 mg vial with 2 mL of water is 2.5 mg/mL; a 10 mg vial with 3 mL is about 3.33 mg/mL. Every compound page lists the standard water per vial size, and the calculator works any mix.

How many units is 250 or 300 mcg?

It depends on how the vial was mixed. At 2.5 mg/mL, 250 mcg is 10 units and 300 mcg is 12 units on an insulin syringe; at 5 mg/mL they are 5 and 6 units. The mcg to units chart has the common concentrations side by side.

How do I convert mcg to mg?

1 mg = 1,000 mcg. So 250 mcg is 0.25 mg and 2.5 mg is 2,500 mcg.
