GLOW reconstitution calculator

Vial size, bacteriostatic water and dose in — the syringe reading comes out. Defaults are the GLOW numbers from the Dosify Me app; change anything.

Quick answer: A 70 mg vial of GLOW mixed with 3 mL of bacteriostatic water comes to 23.33 mg/mL, so a 2.33 mg dose is 10 units (0.1 mL) on an insulin syringe.

What it does

This blend contains BPC-157 (no human data on any interaction with blood thinners or NSAIDs, and the rat work that exists points toward less bleeding rather than more) and GHK-Cu (mutually antagonistic with copper-chelating drugs like penicillamine or trientine). Disclose this exact blend to your doctor if you take either type of medication.

Notes

Blend: GHK-Cu + BPC-157 + TB-500 (70mg total per vial). Typical cycle length 4-8 weeks. Only sold in this one size.

Worked example for GLOW

  1. The example vial: 70 mg of GLOW, mixed with 3.00 mL of bacteriostatic water.
  2. Concentration: 70 mg ÷ 3.00 mL = 23.33 mg/mL.
  3. One syringe unit is 0.01 mL, so it holds 23.33 mg/mL × 0.01 mL = 0.233 mg (233.33 mcg).
  4. Example quantity: 2330 mcg = 2.33 mg.
  5. Volume: 2.33 mg ÷ 23.33 mg/mL = 0.1 mL.
  6. Syringe reading: 0.1 mL × 100 = 10 units.

Label numbers from the Dosify Me data, used to show the arithmetic. Not a recommendation of any quantity.

Frequently asked

How many units is 2.33 mg of GLOW?

At 23.33 mg/mL (the concentration every vial size mixes to), 2.33 mg of GLOW is 10.0 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe (0.100 mL).

How much bacteriostatic water do I add to a 70 mg vial of GLOW?

3.00 mL, which gives 23.33 mg/mL. Other vial sizes use proportionally more or less water so the syringe reads the same.

How often is GLOW taken?

Daily. Any consistent time, injection sites commonly rotated Typical cycle: 4–8 weeks on, 2–4 weeks off; repeat 2–3×/year.

Figures come from the Dosify Me compound database for GLOW: concentration is the vial amount ÷ the water volume, and syringe units are the volume in mL × 100 on a U-100 syringe.
