10mg vial + 3mL BAC water = 6 units = 200mcg — Amounts listed in the Dosify Me data: 200-600mcg, titrated up over 5-8 weeks — Frequency: daily — Best taken: any consistent time, injection sites commonly rotated

Amounts and schedules here are listed from the Dosify Me compound data (sources below). They are not recommendations: Dosify Me does not tell you what dose to take, so follow your prescriber.
Every vial size below is mixed to the same concentration, 3.33 mg/mL, so the syringe reads the same number of units for a given dose no matter which vial you bought.
| Vial | Bacteriostatic water | Concentration |
|---|---|---|
| 5 mg | 1.50 mL | 3.33 mg/mL |
| 10 mg | 3.00 mL | 3.33 mg/mL |
On a standard 100-unit (1 mL) insulin syringe, at the concentration above:
| Dose | Syringe units |
|---|---|
| 200 mcg | 6.0 units |
| 400 mcg | 12.0 units |
| 600 mcg | 18.0 units |
Amounts listed in the Dosify Me data: 200–600 mcg. Frequency: daily. Timing: any consistent time, injection sites commonly rotated.
Listed titration schedule: weeks 1-2 200mcg, weeks 3-4 400mcg, weeks 5-8+ 600mcg. All vial sizes reconstitute to 3.33mg/mL (33.3mcg/unit) so the syringe reads the same regardless of size.
Check one row of the table above: 200 mcg is 0.2 mg; 0.2 mg ÷ 3.33 mg/mL = 0.06 mL; 0.06 mL × 100 = 6 units.
Anecdotal and early-research reports, kept apart from the evidence above. Not clinically established.
No human data exists on how BPC-157 interacts with blood thinners (warfarin, heparin) or antiplatelet drugs like aspirin and other NSAIDs. The animal work that does exist points the opposite way from what is usually claimed: in rats given heparin, warfarin or aspirin, BPC-157 shortened bleeding time, reduced blood loss and blunted the drop in platelet count. That is rat data, not a human finding in either direction — tell your doctor about BPC-157 use if you're on anticoagulant therapy.

At 3.33 mg/mL (the concentration every vial size mixes to), 200 mcg of BPC-157 is 6.0 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe (0.060 mL).
At 3.33 mg/mL (the concentration every vial size mixes to), 400 mcg of BPC-157 is 12.0 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe (0.120 mL).
At 3.33 mg/mL (the concentration every vial size mixes to), 600 mcg of BPC-157 is 18.0 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe (0.180 mL).
1.50 mL, which gives 3.33 mg/mL. Other vial sizes use proportionally more or less water so the syringe reads the same.
3.00 mL, which gives 3.33 mg/mL. Other vial sizes use proportionally more or less water so the syringe reads the same.
Daily. Any consistent time, injection sites commonly rotated Typical cycle: 4–6 weeks on, ~2 weeks off; repeat 2–3×/year.

Figures come from the Dosify Me compound database for BPC-157: concentration is the vial amount ÷ the water volume, and syringe units are the volume in mL × 100 on a U-100 syringe.
