10mg vial + 1mL BAC water = 10 units = 1mg — Amounts listed in the Dosify Me data: 1mg starting, titrated up to 4-9mg — Frequency: weekly — Best taken: same day each week
Informational only, not medical advice. Consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting or changing any protocol.
Amounts and schedules here are listed from the Dosify Me compound data (sources below). They are not recommendations: Dosify Me does not tell you what dose to take, so follow your prescriber.
Every vial size below is mixed to the same concentration, 10 mg/mL, so the syringe reads the same number of units for a given dose no matter which vial you bought.
| Vial | Bacteriostatic water | Concentration |
|---|---|---|
| 10 mg | 1.00 mL | 10 mg/mL |
| 15 mg | 1.50 mL | 10 mg/mL |
| 20 mg | 2.00 mL | 10 mg/mL |
On a standard 100-unit (1 mL) insulin syringe, at the concentration above:
| Dose | Syringe units |
|---|---|
| 1 mg | 10.0 units |
| 1.5 mg (common) | 15.0 units |
| 3 mg | 30.0 units |
| 4.5 mg | 45.0 units |
| 6 mg | 60.0 units |
| 9 mg | 90.0 units |
Amounts listed in the Dosify Me data: 1000–9000 mcg. Frequency: weekly. Timing: same day each week, any time.
The 10mg reference vial mixes to 10mg/mL. Larger vial size options are capped at ~3mL BAC water instead of diluted further, so they come out more concentrated (fewer units per dose) than this reference size. Real trials stepped up in four-week increments (1.5mg, 3mg, then 4.5mg; or 2mg, 4mg, then 6mg) — the lower end is not a verified protocol.
Check one row of the table above: 1500 mcg is 1.5 mg; 1.5 mg ÷ 10 mg/mL = 0.15 mL; 0.15 mL × 100 = 15 units.
Anecdotal and early-research reports, kept apart from the evidence above. Not clinically established.
Its GLP-1 activity slows digestion, which can change absorption of other oral medications, including thyroid medication. Published phase 3 reporting describes no severe hypoglycemia and mild lows comparable to dulaglutide, but the added blood-sugar-lowering effect is a real class risk in people already on insulin or a sulfonylurea — those doses often need to be reduced first. Talk to your prescribing doctor before combining.

At 10 mg/mL (the concentration every vial size mixes to), 1 mg of Mazdutide is 10.0 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe (0.100 mL).
At 10 mg/mL (the concentration every vial size mixes to), 1.5 mg of Mazdutide is 15.0 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe (0.150 mL).
At 10 mg/mL (the concentration every vial size mixes to), 3 mg of Mazdutide is 30.0 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe (0.300 mL).
1.00 mL, which gives 10 mg/mL. Other vial sizes use proportionally more or less water so the syringe reads the same.
1.50 mL, which gives 10 mg/mL. Other vial sizes use proportionally more or less water so the syringe reads the same.
2.00 mL, which gives 10 mg/mL. Other vial sizes use proportionally more or less water so the syringe reads the same.
Weekly. Same day each week, any time Typical cycle: Often run continuously; tapering is done under guidance.
Dosify Me does this math for you. Pick the compound, your vial size and dose, and the app draws the exact syringe reading, keeps your schedule and reminders, and logs every dose — privately, on your phone.

Figures come from the Dosify Me compound database for Mazdutide: concentration is the vial amount ÷ the water volume, and syringe units are the volume in mL × 100 on a U-100 syringe.
