Vial size, bacteriostatic water and dose in — the syringe reading comes out. Defaults are the Thymosin Alpha-1 numbers from the Dosify Me app; change anything.
Quick answer: A 1.6 mg vial of Thymosin Alpha-1 mixed with 1 mL of bacteriostatic water comes to 1.6 mg/mL, so a 1.6 mg dose is 100 units (1 mL) on an insulin syringe.

1.6mg vial + 1mL BAC water = 100 units = 1.6mg — Frequency: 2x weekly — Best taken: any time, non-fasted

Boosts T-cell/immune activity, which works directly against deliberate immunosuppression. Considered contraindicated for organ transplant recipients on anti-rejection medication, and combining it with other immunosuppressants (biologics, calcineurin inhibitors) is unstudied and should only happen under specialist supervision. Anyone on immunosuppressive therapy should talk to that prescriber before use.
The real Zadaxin label mixes to 1.6mg/mL and injects the full amount — a larger single-injection volume than most other peptides here, but that matches the actual product (100 units, twice weekly). The 5mg and 10mg compounded-vial options are capped at 3mL BAC water instead of diluted further, so they come out more concentrated (fewer units per dose) than the real single-dose vial.
Standard water for each Thymosin Alpha-1 vial size in the Dosify Me data, and the concentration it gives. One unit is 0.01 mL on a U-100 insulin syringe.
| Vial | Vial contents | Bacteriostatic water | Concentration | Amount in one unit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1.6 mg | 1600 mcg | 1.00 mL | 1.6 mg/mL | 16 mcg |
| 5 mg* | 5000 mcg | 3.00 mL | 1.67 mg/mL | 16.67 mcg |
| 10 mg* | 10000 mcg | 3.00 mL | 3.33 mg/mL | 33.33 mcg |
* This size is conventionally mixed more concentrated rather than diluted further — fewer units per dose than smaller vials of this peptide.

At 1.6 mg/mL (the standard mix for vials up to 1.6 mg), 1.6 mg of Thymosin Alpha-1 is 100.0 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe (1.000 mL).
1.00 mL, which gives 1.6 mg/mL. Larger vials hold at most 3 mL of water, so they are mixed more concentrated and need fewer units per dose.
3.00 mL, which gives 1.67 mg/mL. This size holds at most 3 mL of water, so it is mixed more concentrated and the same dose is fewer units than from a smaller vial.
3.00 mL, which gives 3.33 mg/mL. This size holds at most 3 mL of water, so it is mixed more concentrated and the same dose is fewer units than from a smaller vial.
2x weekly. Any time, non-fasted Typical cycle: Labelled course: 6–12 months twice weekly; many community protocols run 8–16 weeks.

Figures come from the Dosify Me compound database for Thymosin Alpha-1: concentration is the vial amount ÷ the water volume, and syringe units are the volume in mL × 100 on a U-100 syringe.

Dosify Me does this math for you. Pick the compound, your vial size and dose, and the app draws the exact syringe reading, keeps your schedule and reminders, and logs every dose — privately, on your phone.
