5000IU vial + 2mL BAC water = 20 units = 500IU — Amounts listed in the Dosify Me data: 500-1000IU per injection — Frequency: 2-3x weekly — Best taken: consistent schedule, any time
Informational only, not medical advice. Consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting or changing any protocol.
Amounts and schedules here are listed from the Dosify Me compound data (sources below). They are not recommendations: Dosify Me does not tell you what dose to take, so follow your prescriber.
Vial sizes up to 5000 IU are mixed to 2500 IU/mL. Larger vials hold at most 2 mL of water, so they are mixed more concentrated and need fewer units per dose.
| Vial | Bacteriostatic water | Concentration |
|---|---|---|
| 5000 IU | 2.00 mL | 2500 IU/mL |
| 10000 IU* | 2.00 mL | 5000 IU/mL |
* This size is conventionally mixed more concentrated rather than diluted further — fewer units per dose than smaller vials of this peptide.
On a standard 100-unit (1 mL) insulin syringe, for vials mixed to 2500 IU/mL (sizes marked * are more concentrated and need fewer units):
| Dose | Syringe units |
|---|---|
| 500 IU | 20.0 units |
| 1000 IU | 40.0 units |
Frequency: 2-3x weekly. Timing: consistent schedule (e.g. Mon/Wed/Fri), any time.
Listed maintenance protocol: 500IU x2-3/week (1000-1500IU/week), typically run 8-16 weeks. Higher "recovery" doses (1500-2500IU per injection) follow a different protocol — dosed in IU, not mg/mcg. Both the 5000IU and 10000IU vials are standardly mixed with 2mL BAC water — the 10000IU vial just comes out twice as concentrated, so the same IU dose takes half the units.
Check one row of the table above: 500 IU ÷ 2500 IU/mL = 0.2 mL; 0.2 mL × 100 = 20 units.
Anecdotal and early-research reports, kept apart from the evidence above. Not clinically established.
Combining with additional exogenous testosterone can push hormone levels well above normal, raising the risk of mood swings, acne, and cardiovascular strain — coordinate dosing with your prescriber rather than stacking on your own. HCG also shares structural similarity with TSH and has weak, dose-dependent thyroid-stimulating activity, but that effect is documented at the hCG levels of pregnancy and trophoblastic disease, far above what an injected protocol reaches, and is not established at typical use — mention it to your prescriber anyway if you take thyroid medication.

At 2500 IU/mL (the standard mix for vials up to 5000 IU), 500 IU of HCG is 20.0 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe (0.200 mL).
At 2500 IU/mL (the standard mix for vials up to 5000 IU), 1000 IU of HCG is 40.0 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe (0.400 mL).
2.00 mL, which gives 2500 IU/mL. Larger vials hold at most 2 mL of water, so they are mixed more concentrated and need fewer units per dose.
2.00 mL, which gives 5000 IU/mL. This size holds at most 2 mL of water, so it is mixed more concentrated and the same dose is fewer units than from a smaller vial.
2-3x weekly. Consistent schedule (e.g. mon/wed/fri), any time Typical cycle: 8–16 weeks on, ~1 week off; repeat 2–3×/year.

Figures come from the Dosify Me compound database for HCG: concentration is the vial amount ÷ the water volume, and syringe units are the volume in mL × 100 on a U-100 syringe.
