500mg vial + 3mL BAC water = 30 units = 50mg — Amounts listed in the Dosify Me data: 50mg daily, or 50-100mg 2-3x weekly — Frequency: daily or 2-3x weekly — Best taken: slow injection is reported to reduce stinging

Amounts and schedules here are listed from the Dosify Me compound data (sources below). They are not recommendations: Dosify Me does not tell you what dose to take, so follow your prescriber.
Vial sizes up to 500 mg are mixed to 166.67 mg/mL. Larger vials hold at most 3 mL of water, so they are mixed more concentrated and need fewer units per dose.
| Vial | Bacteriostatic water | Concentration |
|---|---|---|
| 500 mg | 3.00 mL | 166.67 mg/mL |
| 1000 mg* | 3.00 mL | 333.33 mg/mL |
* This size is conventionally mixed more concentrated rather than diluted further — fewer units per dose than smaller vials of this peptide.
On a standard 100-unit (1 mL) insulin syringe, for vials mixed to 166.67 mg/mL (sizes marked * are more concentrated and need fewer units):
| Dose | Syringe units |
|---|---|
| 50 mg (common) | 30.0 units |
| 75 mg | 45.0 units |
| 100 mg | 60.0 units |
Amounts listed in the Dosify Me data: 50000–100000 mcg. Frequency: daily or 2-3x weekly. Timing: any time, slow injection is reported to reduce stinging.
Both the 500mg and 1000mg vials are conventionally mixed with only 3mL BAC water — same water volume as most other peptides here, but far more total mg, so the resulting solution is much more concentrated. Doses are large in absolute mg (50-100mg) compared to typical mcg-dosed peptides, so the injection volume is bigger than usual, and mild stinging/flushing is commonly reported when injected quickly.
Check one row of the table above: 50000 mcg is 50 mg; 50 mg ÷ 166.67 mg/mL = 0.3 mL; 0.3 mL × 100 = 30 units.
Anecdotal and early-research reports, kept apart from the evidence above. Not clinically established.

At 166.67 mg/mL (the standard mix for vials up to 500 mg), 50 mg of NAD+ is 30.0 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe (0.300 mL).
At 166.67 mg/mL (the standard mix for vials up to 500 mg), 75 mg of NAD+ is 45.0 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe (0.450 mL).
At 166.67 mg/mL (the standard mix for vials up to 500 mg), 100 mg of NAD+ is 60.0 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe (0.600 mL).
3.00 mL, which gives 166.67 mg/mL. Larger vials hold at most 3 mL of water, so they are mixed more concentrated and need fewer units per dose.
3.00 mL, which gives 333.33 mg/mL. This size holds at most 3 mL of water, so it is mixed more concentrated and the same dose is fewer units than from a smaller vial.
Daily or 2-3x weekly. Any time, slow injection is reported to reduce stinging Typical cycle: ~2 weeks on, then break; repeat 2–3×/year.

Figures come from the Dosify Me compound database for NAD+: concentration is the vial amount ÷ the water volume, and syringe units are the volume in mL × 100 on a U-100 syringe.
