What it does

An injectable testosterone used for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), very close to cypionate and often prescribed interchangeably with it.
The enanthate ester releases a little faster than cypionate, so levels peak and fall a little sooner between injections.
Also sold as Xyosted, a weekly under-the-skin (subQ) autoinjector; many patients inject vials subQ with an insulin syringe as well.
Prescription-only and a Schedule III controlled substance in the US. It comes premixed in sesame oil — there is nothing to reconstitute.

Testosterone can raise the effect of blood thinners like warfarin (INR needs closer monitoring) and can lower blood sugar in people on insulin or diabetes medication. It can raise blood pressure and hematocrit and suppresses natural testosterone and sperm production. Regular blood work and blood pressure checks are part of treatment — use it only under a prescribing doctor.
